We work directly with many employers to provide training for their workforce to ensure that they can maintain their competitive advantage and retain their best talent. Employers on our program advisory boards help shape our curricula to best address real-world needs in the workplace. Our Career Services team works to connect employers who are seeking to hire new talent with our graduates. We also provide incumbent worker manufacturing skills training to strengthen the existing workforce.
